Minimum Requirements:

- Proficiency in English or French (CLB 5 in all skills)
- Sufficient funds to settle in Canada
- Intention to settle outside Quebec
- Canadian security and medical clearances
- Support from a designated organization
- Compliance with ownership requirements


Investment Requirements :
- Venture Capital Fund: Minimum investment of CAD $200,000
- Angel Investor Group: Minimum investment of CAD $75,000


Applicants must be accepted into a Canadian business incubator program but are not required to invest personal funds. In case of a failed start-up, applicants retain their permanent residence.

Note: Support from multiple designated organizations, known as syndication, may be received. The investment requirements are adjusted based on the type of support.
